LAURA

Laura has worked in the Home and Community Based Services field in many different roles since 2005. She worked at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as a Home care surveyor for 4 years and as a Single Entry Point Case manager for 3.5 years. For the last 8.5 years she has worked as a consultant to Non-medical, Class B Home care agencies, specifically specializing in IHSS agencies. Laura has always focused on compliance and effective processes. She has always enjoyed the hunt for what is broken and the challenge of figuring out how to fix it. Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Western State in Gunnison.  A little about Laura personally, she moved to Colorado from Maryland when she was 11 and has lived here ever since. She is married and has 4 beautiful children that keep her on her toes when she is not working. Laura looks forward to helping build a company that helps support the IHSS community so that they can serve their clients the best they can.
