I've spent 20 years in the HCBS world.  Many of you know my background.  Due largely in part to that background, this blog has been created.  Listen, I get it, being an administrator for a home care agency is stressful.  You're dealing with clients and their preferences, providers and their preferences, office staff, hiring issues, increased wage demands and to top it all off, you're trying to stay compliant.  Enter my background.  This is a place for you to post questions, comments and concerns in a space where we all can come together and be a community of individuals helping one-another.  Team work makes the dream work!
